Wisconsin News: Milwaukee Man, Lonnie Mixon Charged in Federal Court with Weapons Charges and Witness Intimidation
Milwaukee, Wn. – United States Attorney Matthew D. Krueger announced that on November 7, 2018, a federal grand jury returned a six-count indictment against Lonnie Mixon (age: 28), of Milwaukee. The indictment charges Mixon with five separate counts of illegally possessing a firearm, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, 922(g) (1) and one count of witness intimidation in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1512(b)(3).
If convicted, Mixon faces a maximum of 10 years’ imprisonment, up to a $250,000 fine, and up to 3 years of supervised release on each of the firearms counts and a maximum of 20 years’ imprisonment, up to a $250,000 fine, and up to 5 years of supervised release on the witness intimidation charge.
