South Carolina News: Lexington Man, Bryshun Genard Furlow Sentenced to 15 Years on Federal Drug and Firearm Charges

Columbia, South Carolina – United States Attorney Sherri A. Lydon stated that Bryshun Genard Furlow, age 34, of Lexington, was sentenced in federal court to 180 months (15 years) imprisonment with 6 years of supervised release to follow.

Furlow plead guilty in April to possession with intent to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, and a substance containing both methamphetamine and cocaine, as well as to being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), and 851 and Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(1), 924(a)(2), and 924(e).
