Rodizio Grill Denver Tech Center to open Fall 2021
Established in 1995, Rodizio Grill was the first Brazilian “churrasco” steakhouse in the United States with its first location in Littleton, Colo. After a prosperous beginning, Rodizio Grill moved from Littleton to its current location in Downtown Denver. “We’ve had many great years in LoDo, and during that time, our friends and guests have often expressed their desire for a Rodizio Grill in the southern suburbs,” said Ivan Utrera, Founder and President of Rodizio Grill. “I’m proud to say that we can finally realize that dream and open in the bustling Tech Center. This new location will allow us to not only welcome business travelers and those who work daily in DTC, but also residents in the fast-growing suburbs.”
Despite becoming a national franchise with over twenty locations across the U.S., Rodizio Grill remains a Colorado company in more than just its origin. The Downtown Denver location has been a beloved favorite for urban diners and tourists alike and has served tens of thousands of guests over the years. Celebrations and milestones have all been honored in the historic Ice House setting. Says Utrera, “How thankful we are to our guests for their years of support, and especially for the enthusiasm and love as we re-opened after Covid shutdowns. We’re excited to welcome new and current friends in this second location in the DTC.”
Locally and nationally, Rodizio Grill is known for its playful Brazilian spirit, authentic menu offerings and family- friendly atmosphere. The unique concept features rotisserie-grilled meats, expertly seasoned and carved tableside by traditionally dressed Gauchos. While the meats are the main attraction, they are complemented with an award- winning gourmet salad bar, marked by original salads, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, and authentic hot side dishes. Rodizio Grill’s reputation hinges on its unparalleled selection of real, fresh-pressed juices, homemade Brazilian Limeades, signature cocktails and an extensive wine list featuring a variety of Brazilian imported wine and beer. At the end of the meal, guests can enjoy a selection of exclusive, homemade Brazilian desserts. The whole experience comes at a competitive, affordable price so the whole family can celebrate together.
“Rodizio Grill offers an experience that transports you to Brazil, with all its culture and tastes. Here you can escape the ordinary. And it is well suited for any occasion, whether it be a date night, business luncheon, or family celebration,” said Ashlee Hille, National Marketing Director of Rodizio Grill.
Rodizio Grill’s newest location is located at 7340 S. Clinton Street in Englewood, across from Maggiano’s Little Italy. Rodizio Grill DTC will feature indoor and patio dining as well as several private and semi-private event spaces. Rodizio Grill DTC is expected to open fall 2021.
