NICOSIA, Cyprus (AP) — In a story Feb. 13 about Cyprus’ toughening eligibility rules for its lucrative scheme to grant passports to wealthy investors, The Associated Press erroneously reported Harris Georgiades’ title. He is finance minister, not foreign minister.
