BUFFALO, N.Y.-U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that a federal jury has convicted Andrew Garner, 37, of Jamestown, N.Y., of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Joel L. Violanti and Emmanuel O. Ulubiyo, who handled the prosecution of the case, stated that between April and September 2016, the defendant conspired with others to distribute cocaine in the Jamestown area.
