Kansas City, James E. Lee, Man Sentenced for Trafficking Crack Cocaine
KANSAS CITY, MO (STL.News) – A Kansas City, Missouri, man was sentenced in federal court Wednesday for possessing crack cocaine to distribute.
James E. Lee, 45, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Greg Kays to 12 years and seven months in federal prison without parole.
On Dec. 10, 2018, Lee pleaded guilty to possessing crack cocaine with the intent to distribute. Lee admitted that he sold crack cocaine to an undercover police detective and a confidential informant on three occasions.
