Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Two Guatemalan brothers who share the same name and who each unlawfully used a fraudulent identification document were sentenced today to more than two months apiece in federal prison.

Jacinto Raymundo-Rivera, age 22, a citizen of Guatemala illegally present in the United States and residing in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, received the prison term after a May 23, 2018 guilty plea to one count of unlawful use of an identification document.
