Head Out to the Wild Horse and Burro Event in Tahlequah, Oklahoma
NORMAN, OK (STL.News) – The Bureau of Land Management will hold a wild horse and burro event in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on June 7 – 8, at the Cherokee County Fairgrounds. The event, featuring 75 wild horses and burros, will take place from noon-6 p.m. on Friday, June 7, and 8 a.m.-noon on Saturday, June 8. Animals are eligible for direct purchase to a good home or eligible for adoption. Inquire with BLM staff onsite for more information.
