BEIJING | Global stocks sink after Wall Street rally fades
BEIJING — Global stock markets fell Friday after a post-election Wall Street rally faded and the U.S. Federal Reserve suggested it will keep raising interest rates.
KEEPING SCORE: In early trading, Germany’s DAX lost 0.6 percent to 11,450.04 and France’s CAC 40 lost 0.6 percent to 5,097.99. London’s FTSE shed 0.5 percent to 7,101.45. On Thursday, the DAX lost 0.4 percent while the FTSE 100 gained 0.3 percent and the CAC 40 declined 0.1 percent.
