Athens-based fast-casual burrito restaurant continues to win the heart of local burrito lovers
Athens, GA (RestaurantNews.com) Barberitos is excited to announce the fast-casual Southwestern Grille and Cantina was named by “Flagpole Magazine” reader’s as their “Favorite Burrito.” The restaurant chain knows a thing about burritos, having won “Favorite Burrito” for 10 consecutive years. Founded in Athens, Ga. Barberitos has grown to 50 locations around the southeast.

The original Barberitos opened in 2000 and is still located in downtown Athens. Now, there are five additional locations in the Athens area with the newest location in Prince Park set to open in May 2021.
